    to keep moving. This is a set of 2 CD's  each 45 min. long and includes cardio, twists, breathing, stretching and a cool down.
    All you need for these workouts are waist to chest deep water in a space that will allow you to kick in all directions.
    The exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels.  To make the workout more difficult you might consider aqua cuffs for the ankles and webbed gloves for arm resistance.
    These CD's can be used for working out on your own or with a group.
