The DCA-450 uses high quality fT and small input capacitance small transistors.
The main amplifier part has adopted the whole stage direct connection and the pure complimentary OCl circuit which used the differential amplifier circuit in the first rank. By selecting and using a pair of transistors with perfect symmetry and performing sufficient compensation, an excellent DC balance is achieved.
In terms of circuitry, there is no first stage differential circuit or bypass capacitor inserted into the drive stage for the purpose of increasing the gain to apply deep NF. The decap is a thing which loses local negative feedback by the emitter resistance by dropping the emitter to the ground by alternating current.
The tone control of the preamplifier part is equipped with an NF type tone control after the two-stage directly connected amplification stage, and is followed by a low-pass active filter.
The volume is used where the input impedance is high, and the S / N is not changed at any point of the volume.
The power supply section is supplied by a winding independent of the main section, and is made constant voltage by a voltage detection servo type constant voltage circuit using two transistors for each of + and-independently.
This circuit also serves as a ripple filter.
