Technics RS-T17-KM Stereo Double Cassette Deck - Partially Working

Description

Technics RS-T17-KM Stereo Double Cassette Deck - Partially Working.
Both Cassette Decks play, FF, Pause, Stop and Eject.
Audio from both Decks is good.
REW does not work on either deck
Slow Eject is not working on Deck A - It pops right open.
Level meter works for both
Scratches - mainly on the top, Appears to be spray paint marks on one end.
