Nice acoustic travel guitar that needs a little tlc (or use as is)

I bought this used a few months ago to practice learning guitar scales at night and not wake up everyone in the house
The neck has 1 3/4" nut and 24.5" scale length which is pretty close to full size guitar specs
Recent Silk and Steel strings
Now the tlc stuff...
I was going to put new strings on it and discovered that there are 2 cracks in the top
The smaller crack is behind the bridge and I barely noticed it
The larger crack is in front and I honestly thought that it was the shadow from the string till a few days ago (lines up almost perfectly)
I have not attempted to repair either crack and honestly, probably would just leave them
Also, one tuner has a little play in it when first turning it
The pictures show most of the tlc points
It is still a neat and fun little guitar to just have at hand to pick up and play and not worry about, plus, Neil Young plays them (Light A Candle video)
I recently found a Yamaha Silent Guitar and selling this to help pay for that
