This device is vital necessary to any high end Audio System, especially those with big power amplifiers.
- It blocks DC (up to 3V) that can lead to hum toroidal transformers (especially the power ones).
- It handles loads up to 60Amp.
- DC blocker removes the unwanted DC, which DC in mains causes asymmetrical magnetism to the transformer core and more heat.
Benefits of using DC Blocker:
• The sound is more holographic (3D) with better bass and dynamics.
• Humming stops or reduced significally. (
NOTE:
If the hummings continues, means that the transformer is a low quality or voltage is too high - check those with your electrician.)

- 4 massive EPCOS 68.000uF capacitors capable to handle 34Amp each or other branded similar very high quality (due to pandemic, availability of brands varies).
- Capacitors are connected with massive copper bars.
- 6 discrete very high quality / Ultra fast diodes.
- 4mm2 Duelund Coherent Audio copper conductors with Teflon insulation (Live and Neutral only).
- 1 EU Schuko.
- 1 IEC FURUTECH Red Copper.
- 1 ARCOL 50w Power resistor.
- Capacitors are solid mounted with anti-vibration protection.
- Wooden box of 15mm thickness (Gloss or Mat finish). 38cmX28cmX22cm height, with 5mm high quality plexiglass.
