    HITACHI model  HMA-8500 MKII STEREO POWER AMPLIFIER
    offering as is.
    Works, but needs minor work done to it.
    There are scratches on the the metal cabinet in several places.  see all photos.
    Meters do work, but they do not light up.
    Amplifier does work, but when using the direct coupling inputs, there is a hum.
    Hum goes away when you jiggle the connection.
    When using the condenser coupling input, there is no problem, no hum.
    Power cord in good condition.  But there are paint specks on it.
    Solid state unit.
    No manual, no specs.
    As is condition.
